I was at a Development Management Committee meeting recently where it decided to have an inspection of a proposed solar farm because of the visual intrusion on beloved Cranbrook. Will any of them care about visual intrusion in Clintonville?

EIAs are only required if the development had an environmental impact. If it doesn’t there is no need. However, statutory agencies still have to comment on the application.
