The highest tide of 2014 (and its only 2nd January), low pressure, high winds, swollen rivers all combine to create horrendous conditions this evening and tomorrow.  Stay safe.

    Even SIN is at it now. Stop stating the bl****** obvious. How much has EDDC spent on issuing warnings like this, duplicating the warnings from national government, the Environment Agency, the Met Office, every newspaper in the land. It all costs money, and for what? To state the …….. obvious. No wonder “government” in its widest sense costs us so much!

    Did you see the idiots jumping into the waves and taking their kids walking on sea walls? You might have common sense but not everyone has it!
