Cranbrook flooding: Eagle eyes

Thanks to a local correspondent who sent us this Flood_Risk_Objections_January_2011-1 document which, on page 5, shows that in 2011 the Environment Agency listed Cranbrook as amongst its areas where their advice about flooding was not being followed.  See below for photographs from the Express and Echo of surface water flooding in Cranbrook recently.
