which took a Freedom of Information request and the threat of a court order to reveal
from April 2013 and what the email correspondence between the Chief Executive of Ashford borough council and the clerk and chairman of a parish council revealed about the way they manipulated a situation where there was a group of councillors who were against a particular development.
Oh, and Wokingham seems to have problems that resonate …..
