This is party political and EDDC Tories and the officers who assisted them should be prosecuted for producing it at taxpayers expense.

A Freedom of Information request asking when final copy was approved or similar? Also, it would be interesting to know if officers were involved in the task and, if so which ones? Who wrote the copy? Who OK’d the copy? Whose idea was it – it should all be in publicly accessible emails (and if not, wht not?). Does it conflict with the council’s new media policy? I certainly think it brings the council into disrepute!
